How each bar is poured

Slow soap, made like pastry

  1. Blend the oilsOlive, coconut, and shea are warmed and blended like a cake batter.
  2. Color and scentClays and botanicals only. The swirls are painted in by hand, one layer at a time.
  3. Pour and restEach loaf sets for two days, then gets sliced like a terrine.
  4. Cure four weeksBars rest on cedar racks until they are mild, hard, and long lasting.
