Shams Taha

I was born in Egypt and moved to Switzerland for my studies where I graduated from ETHZ with a Masters in Mechanical Engineering. My passion for software development started during my thesis where I worked on using AI (RL agent) for the control of overloaded power networks.After my studies, I started working as a software engineer with a focus on backend development of cloud applications. Currently I am working as a senior software engineer where I am designing and leading the development of a data analytics cloud application. I am a lifelong learner who is always hungry for new knowledge and skills and I am always driven by the challenge of learning something new and expanding my horizons.
